What YOU WILL NOT GET FROM OUR PROGRAM...
- A ton of worksheets: Our curriculum is engaging and we update curriculum for each student's class daily to ensure accurate practice of decoding, fluency, comprehension, spelling and writing practice
- Large class sizes: Our classes are capped at 4-6 students per class
- Taught by college kids or adults who are not teachers: Unlike other large tutoring agencies, we only employ experienced teachers who have lead teaching classroom experience.
- A White Washed Curriculum: Cultural relevancy and diversity are a part of our mission. Our diverse student community is reflective throughout our curriculum.
- Boring: Our children are engaged with our constantly changing curriculum that incorporates all different learning styles.

What makes my program different?
I’m Gabriell and I’ve dedicated my career to helping struggling students improve their reading.
I created the Innovative Literacy Process and I am the owner of The Innovative Learners Tutoring Agency. With over fifteen years of tutoring and teaching, I taught over 500 students in total how to improve in reading and have a 98% success rate by implementing my Innovative Literacy Process.
My team and I all have several years of experience teaching in the classroom, so we understand the many problems our students face. We also are all aligned with a mission to keep our classroom student-focused, meaning that we tailor our lessons to meet the students’ needs instead of forcing students to fit into a mold (which happens often).
We are one of the only tutoring agencies that employ experienced teachers, write our own curriculum, and allow students to interact with other students, all over the country, through our virtual small reading groups.
