Our online tutoring program offers interactive virtual classrooms where students actively participate in real-time discussions, ask questions, and receive immediate feedback from experienced tutors. We incorporate multimedia resources, such as videos, animations, and interactive quizzes, to make the learning experience dynamic and captivating. Our platform also facilitates collaborative activities, allowing students to interact with their peers through games and interactive activities. With the convenience of online learning, students can access educational materials anytime, anywhere, fostering a personalized and self-paced learning environment. Most importantly, students build relationships with their online classmates and teachers, which turns the learning experience into a social environment kids want to keep coming back for!

Our lessons are also very engaging. It’s not worksheets but a shared learning experience where students engage with each other, and the teacher, to practice decoding and phonics skills so master the skills to do them independently whether they are at home or back at school. If you have an older reader, we focus on comprehension and writing elements to ensure they will practice evidence based reading and writing.

We are very transparent with our parents so all lessons are recorded so you all can see the learning that takes place in the small groups, and every three months students retake their reading assessment, so you can see their growth. If they are consistent with our program, you will see  levels of growth and reading confidence improve within three months.

Your student’s time slot depends on how your child performs during their pre-diagnostic. After they take that, we will know what their level is and place them accurately, but all tutoring takes place after school, no earlier than 4:30 pm CST, and no classes on Fridays or weekends.

We provide our students with tutoring with “small group literacy coaching”. Each student is placed in a small group (No more than five students) with other students who are all reading on their same level.

This is beneficial because in a classroom, with 25 other students, who are on different levels, the higher students have tendencies to make fun of the struggling students who are trying to read aloud and those students don’t get that practice because they are shy or don’t want to be embarrassed. So the first thing parents notice is their child’s confidence improve.

Instead, our small group has an environment where everyone is on the same level, and we’re all here to improve our reading skills. So there is less pressure and with less than five students it’s still intimate. 

It also gives your child an opportunity to interact with people all over the country and share experiences!
