who we're looking for...
- Teachers who taught during the pandemic: Grade school teachers who taught in person or virtually, in the USA during the COVID pandemic.
- Experienced Teachers: Proof of certification, working towards certification, or at least four years of classroom teaching experience.
- Teachers who have left the classroom: Our lessons happen after school, and teacher burn out is real, so we are looking for former teachers who have the capacity and consistency to teach after school hours.
- Teachers who have a demo video: We want to see evidence of you teaching, (real or staged) so we can see your teaching style.
- After school Availability: Our classes happen after school between 4:00PM CST-6PM CST Monday-Friday.

Who is the owner?
I’m Gabriell and I’ve dedicated my career to helping struggling students improve their reading.
Gabriell is the developer of the Innovative Literacy Process and the owner of The Innovative Learners Tutoring Agency. With over fifteen years of tutoring and teaching, she has taught over 500 students in total how to improve in reading and has a 98% success rate by implementing the Innovative Literacy Process.
My team and I all have several years of experience teaching in the classroom, so we understand many problems our students face. We also are all aligned with a mission to keep our classroom student focused, meaning that we tailor our lessons to meet the needs of the students, instead of trying to force students to fit into a mold, (which happens often).
We are one of the only tutoring agencies that only employs experienced teachers, write our own curriculum, and allows students to interact with other students, all over the country, their age through our virtual small reading groups.
